I have been in pretty good physical shape all my life. I used to go to the gym 3 days a week and then I got caught up with other things so eventually I slowed down.
I saw this infomercial on TV about an exercise program, P90X. Immediately I thought that was exactly what I needed and so I ordered it. The exercises are very intense. Some I struggled through and others I just breezed my way through.
Well it didn't take me 90 days to complete the package but at least I did it and I feel great about my results and my self for going through it.
